I told my sister about this, mainly about the headless horse man fact, and I think she disowned me. Also I feel so bad for Conner for being stuck inside all the time unless he has his head on and masks his accent, poor thing :(
Omg I love this. It brings up a good point about how even if Connor is immortal he can still feel everything anyone else can and makes him more relatable.
I usually love Solstice (winter fae, aw yeah), but I'm in a major funk today. Getting to be (self-proclaimed) reverse comfort(ish) for Connor was the perfect prescription. Thanks, Nomad. :) I can't wait to sample Elvish solstice next time~ Connor, you're sweet, but you and I both know that, if I was having a bad time, you wouldn't let me just sit by myself and sulk. And yes, I'm stubborn, temperamental, and pushy. Blame the German, Irish, and Greek ancestry, respectively--I have traditions to keep up, too :p
I'm liking the slow burn, feels more natural for them. Plus the tiny snippets of Conner feeling something more buried underneath the friendship are super cute.
@@teresanu I like the slow burn too I agree with you wholeheartedly with everything you just said.... but I at least want a moment where the horse is going to realize it before Connor does cause that be even cuter.

Then have him either deny it completely, or claim it was an accident every single time much to Connor's frustration and listener's amusement.
There's not much better than hearing about lore than learning about holiday lore. Sounds like an enjoyable time to spend Solstice with Connor and Krom.
