Cute video! I keep a vanity bag pre packed with travel products and make up. Then all I have to do is check it to see if anything needs to be replaced or refilled. We have a set of Samantha Brown luggage I absolutely love. There is a little travel docs pouch area that I keep my travel checklist in, this helps to make sure we are bringing everything home too. Thanks so much for your tips.
We made a mistake..went on 12/27 through 1/7 and we just about froze to death! Made it difficult to pack...I probably would have paid $25 for a pair of earmuffs, but they sure don’t sell in Florida! You all should have great weather!

Bless your heart! I can totally relate to the pre-trip stress! I usually can not destress until we are officially IN Disney! We have an hour drive to the airport & usually have a connected flight to Orlando (no straight shot). Flying always makes me super nervous, so that doesn't help. I am a major planner & compulsive list maker...but usually everything goes without a hiccup, although on our last trip, it was raining when we checked in our resort (we stayed at Art of Animation & in the Little Mermaid Section). My husband, son & I decided to make a run for it to our room & I was wearing flip flops. I had a blanket from our plane draped over my head. Needless to say I totally wiped out on the slick pathway..my husband looked behind & saw me laying on the ground with a blanket covering my head & waste. NOT the best way to start a vacation! I was ok thankfully. It's one of those memories we'll never forget. I hope you have an amazing time! Please do a Haul video when you return. Our next trip is coming in May & I can't wait! God bless!

I always always have some kind of pre-trip stress! Everything usually piles up at once (I don't like to clean and tidy until the day before) and usually something unexpected crops up. I'm always really stressed when we set off on a trip and I don't relax until we've physically checked in for our flight!
Just so you know hide the mouse keeping tips under pillow or somewhere only the maid will see it. A lot of times manager checks room and they take tips. We caught it at several hotels. Also you will know they actually changed bedding and stuff. We put ours under the fitted sheet or inside the pillow case.

I recommend pukka night tea if u can get it. I have sleeping medications every night , and I had the tea for the first time last night. , and it was amazing. First night in 13 years I haven’t used sleeping medications.

My understand is that if you live in the US, you get the Magic Bands mailed to you prior to your arrival, but if you live out of the country, you pick them up at hotel check-in!

I know about pretrip issues. I have a business and had a major phone issue before my Disney trip last May. I was heading to the airport when the problem happened. Eventually I got it fixed.
We tipped $5/day. That felt reasonable to me since I'd usually leave $20-40 at the end of a trip, and $5/day added up to $35. If we had kids and/or left our room messier, I'd tip more.

I know about pretrip issues. I have a business and had a major phone issue before my Disney trip last May. I was heading to the airport when the problem happened. Eventually I got it fixed.

What do you feel is an appropriate amount to tip housekeeping? I always struggle with that!
We tipped $5/day. That felt reasonable to me since I'd usually leave $20-40 at the end of a trip, and $5/day added up to $35. If we had kids and/or left our room messier, I'd tip more.
