Good question. I think a lot of it feels like movie music or documentary background music to the general public and it’s not quite as cutting edge as it used to be. That said, there’s lots of great stuff out there. And it seems like it’s getting better
Electric guitar in pop is not equated with "calm and relaxing" for one. It's equated with "rocking out," unfortunately. And I don't think enough people value soothing ambient sounds.
Love this. Your parts work really well together too, not getting in the way or making it too busy, such a challenge but you strike the balance really well. Gorgeous mix.
Amazing tone and the deeply reverb! love it! I was a Ambient guitar player, I say I was, cuz i had to sell my guitar two years ago. greetings! Stay Ambient! A Venezuelan From Argentina!
Beautiful. I play ambient guitsr myself, only using clean guitar tones. I want to upgrade my amp. I generally play in small venues like cafes/coffee shops. Do you have an amp recommendation for a very clean, full sound? I've seen some recommendations for the Roland JC-40. But, a couple people have mentioned that this amp has some kind of buzz in their reviews on Sweetwater or Guitarcenter. What do you think? Thanks.
Hey thanks for the reply yeah I have a few questions that no one seems to answer so I appreciate you taking the time to respond also I want to say that you guys sound phenomenal
Beautiful what setting on the big sky do u have it on? For that drone sound... Trying to dial in a nice sound for drones that allows notes to come thru but then leaves that nice long tail without everything all turning to mud you know. Ive been tryjng to solve this issue for a while HELP PLEASE 😁
Hey! BigSky in Bloom and Cloud modes. mix and decay to taste. Long tail due to long press. The timeline also adds magic. If you have any more questions, ask!
to all the stupid comments its just a guitar chord with a long delay and long reverb(big sky and rev6) if you listen to another ambient guitar chanel it will be the same sound minor chord swept 🤣🤣🤣 the question is:is it a guitarist playing delay verb or a reverb playing a guitarist 🤣🤣🤣
Probably a bit of both. But to be honest, it's usually new sounds that inspire the musician to create. The Electric guitar itself opened up new possibilities...and from that, other tools (pedals) have emerged. It's all good anyway it's looked at.
Благодарю, красивая, музыка. Легкость и трепет в Душе!🙏
Why is atmospheric guitar so underrated?! I feel calm whenever I listen to this. 😌
Thank you!
Keep calm!
ikr? It feels like you are alone floating through cosmos.
theres no need to rate this, just relax and enjoy one way ride

Insane!
как же это атмосферно, пердставляю как сижу у костра где нибудь на берегу вечернего моря, людей вокруг нет, и играет этот шедевр, аж мурашки по коже
или еще сидишь в лесу осенью у костра, вокруг туман
Спасибо!
I've never liked a video so fast. You guys are underrated. I also play ambient guitar and I love your vibe.
Thanks!

I use my big sky in cloud and bloom as well for the ethereal soundscapes. You need to mix that with a delay and voila!
Lovely stuff... thanks for posting! 🙂
Thanks for your interest!

Tabs?? 😂 Seriously a beautiful song though. I’m just learning about ambient guitar, hopefully someday I’ll be writing beautiful music such as this.
Lovely !!!!
Thank you, Robert!
I like this one the most cos it's got that anti rythym and nature feel to it
Oh, that's very nice of you to say so, thank you.
It's a sound I really like 😀!
How can I achieve this kind of sound but not spend so much on an amp or pedals? I'm looking at buying my first amp.
Look into a boss katana. It’s a digital amp with some built in effects. It won’t get you quite to this level of tone, but a great place to start.
would love to know what gear ure using =)
