I knew it was Jennifer from the 1st note!! There's no mistaking that signature growl. I do hate the format that they used this year because Miss Teddy definitely should have gone all the way.

I couldn't place her after the first performance but the second one I knew it was Jennifer Holliday immediately. No one else can growl and has that power like she does and still going strong over 60!

I said Jennifer Holiday when I heard the grit and growl she does with her phrasing. Can never forget that if you ever heard "I'm not telling you" !!

They change the format up every season and it's been frustrating. The last three sessions they did the first impression guesses and now it's gone, and I agree the teams is annoying
FINALLY I get to see my FAVORITE Cuddly of the Season! She was absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the show and I would have to say: Her and Skunk were my favorite legends that have ever been on this show, that Demi Lovato was arguably the best performance of the Season, and one of the most moving performances of the whole show.
But I know at least one person is gonna say Miss Teddy got robbed. I know it.
That is Jennifer Holiday...that extra note on the ends of her verses! IT'S JENNIFER HOLIDAY FOR SURE!!!
LEGENDARY DIVA RETURNS TO STAGE! Wonderful Jennifer Holliday. But, unbelievable, yet another historical legend being eliminated for nothing on the show... each season doesn't get the honor they deserve. The original Dreamgirl, wonderful Jennifer Holliday took as far as she could against this audience the legacy of the Divas of past seasons.

Google 1982 performance of And I Am Telling You. Jennifer Hudson won an Oscar for playing Effie in Dreamgirls but Jennifer Holliday was the original broadway performer, won a Tony for it, and a true legend. Over 60 and a powerful voice still.

A man name Eric Vogel wrote 2 of the greatest of what I call Anthems for Humanity. The Band Played Waltzing Matilda and the lessor know (at least here in the states) Green Fields of France.
