真心市集买的食物都绿色呀😂还好没吃到脸都绿了，开玩笑。小马适合去做一些灵性的探索，你就象那还没被发掘的水晶，那份细腻，纯纯的心思是很好的基础。
泰国寺院都会有免费的冥想课程，可以去一些森林里的寺院走走，都有很多很好的出家人老师。
