The french onion chicken in the crockpot was the first recipe I ever made. I came discouraged because my 8yo son has "food issues" and it has been so hard to get him to eat! I did not go into this recipe with high hopes, but thank the Good Lord, he LOVED it AND asked for seconds (he has literally never asked for seconds in his whole little life)! He also LOVES to watch your videos, and together we pick a couple of meals each week he thinks he'd like to try! Your channel has truly been a huge blessing to us!

I can’t remember the very first recipe I’ve made from your channel, but I have at least 50 of them printed out and they are always in my meal planning preparation/rotation weekly….in fact I made the Biltmore (NC native here ❤) inspired pecan crusted chicken tonight, and your chili-o-chili last night,and anytime we make burgers now, it’s definitely with Heinz 57, lawry’s seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce, and no other meatloaf besides Mary’s from the first time I tried it a while back, no other meatloaf compares..and I’m gonna run to the grocery store in the morning to get some of that Boursin cheese and make that chicken tomorrow night, it’ll be my first time using it, and I’m super excited!! Through the week I taught, and on weekends commuted to be with my husband. I would return on Sunday afternoons, and I listened to your channel in the car to keep me company. Hello 👋 the smothered pork chop crock pot recipe was the first recipe I tried form ur channel so naturally that lead to the Salisbury steak and the French onion dip bubble up and I have been trying at least 1 or 2 a week ever since. You have no idea how much of a godsend your channel has been! Quick hood home cooked dinners on sports or busy nights was a game changer for our family and when my oven went I was crock pot cooking many nights over the summer and trying so many new recipes that my family loved. my granny took canned peas added mayo, season salt, mixed it up and put it in the fridge to get really cold. she on some days added cut up onions, or green onions, other seasons ect. but just salt and pepper and mayo was so good on a hot summer day as a side.

Love watching you. I had Covid in January of 2020 and went into cardiac arrest, had 3 heart attacks, A stroke and was in a coma for a month. Spent 3 months in rehab learning how to do everything again, talk, walk, feeding myself, . I started watching UA-cam cooking videos and got hooked on yours. I now have long Covid so haven't done slot of cooking yet, but it's on my list.
I love watching your channel. You are so genuine. The first recipe I made was the crunch wraps. Oddly enough, never knew you could make those or I never researched it. I so enjoy you and your cooking. I like how you chop things and do things really. Just as I do. You’re also very calming. These are things I enjoy. I am at a time of life I need easy things and some fresh ideas. First thing I did from your show was to add butter lettuce with the croutons colored things on top. It always looks so pretty. So I didn’t cook a recipie first,I incorporated a salad on the side but the way you did it. It got me rolling after that and I try to make my dishes look pretty. I love it.

I have been watching you for about a year but just started cooking again in the last 1-2 months. My Multiple Sclerosis went into a rapid progression the past 3 years. I lost being able to walk among lots of other things. I stopped cooking after suffering some bad burns. You inspired me to try some crockpot recipes. The first one I made was the pork chops and gravy. And now I am cooking a couple times a week. I loved the salad with the pasta and rotisserie chicken. I even splurged on the10$ at Walmart. I eat a low-carb diet, but I watch all of your videos because you are just so calming and down to earth. I have never thought of doing that with tortillas so I think I will be making this very soon with low-carb tortillas and everything else is already low-carb. That will be a perfect bread substitute. I can’t remember the very first recipe I’ve made from your channel, but I have at least 50 of them printed out and they are always in my meal planning preparation/rotation weekly….in fact I made the Biltmore (NC native here ❤) inspired pecan crusted chicken tonight, and your chili-o-chili last night,and anytime we make burgers now, it’s definitely with Heinz 57, lawry’s seasoning salt and Worcestershire sauce, and no other meatloaf besides Mary’s from the first time I tried it a while back, no other meatloaf compares..and I’m gonna run to the grocery store in the morning to get some of that Boursin cheese and make that chicken tomorrow night, it’ll be my first time using it, and I’m super excited!! I started watching your channel during a time when I was moving to another state due to my husband’s job. As a teacher, I stayed behind to finish out the school year. Through the week I taught, and on weekends commuted to be with my husband. I would return on Sunday afternoons, and I listened to your channel in the car to keep me company. Because our home sold quickly, I ended up living with a friend for five months. I made several of your recipes, but my first one was the French Onion Chicken Bubble Up casserole. Hello 👋 the smothered pork chop crock pot recipe was the first recipe I tried form ur channel so naturally that lead to the Salisbury steak and the French onion dip bubble up and I have been trying at least 1 or 2 a week ever since. You have no idea how much of a godsend your channel has been! Quick hood home cooked dinners on sports or busy nights was a game changer for our family and when my oven went I was crock pot cooking many nights over the summer and trying so many new recipes that my family loved. First recipe I ever made was the Pork Chops in the slow cooker with chicken broth, cream of chicken soup plus other ingredients. It was so good I've made it many times since.

my granny took canned peas added mayo, season salt, mixed it up and put it in the fridge to get really cold. she on some days added cut up onions, or green onions, other seasons ect. but just salt and pepper and mayo was so good on a hot summer day as a side.

Love watching you. I had Covid in January of 2020 and went into cardiac arrest, had 3 heart attacks, A stroke and was in a coma for a month. Spent 3 months in rehab learning how to do everything again, talk, walk, feeding myself,
. I started watching UA-cam cooking videos and got hooked on yours. I now have long Covid so haven't done slot of cooking yet, but it's on my list.

I so enjoy you and your cooking. I like how you chop things and do things really. Just as I do. You’re also very calming. These are things I enjoy. I am at a time of life I need easy things and some fresh ideas. First thing I did from your show was to add butter lettuce with the croutons colored things on top. It always looks so pretty. So I didn’t cook a recipie first,I incorporated a salad on the side but the way you did it. It got me rolling after that and I try to make my dishes look pretty. I love it.

I love that your channel feels like I’m sitting in a friend’s kitchen. I come here when I need ideas because I almost always have the ingredients on hand, but I also come when I’m homesick. You’re personality and voice are like a hometown hug.
I have been watching you for about a year but just started cooking again in the last 1-2 months. My Multiple Sclerosis went into a rapid progression the past 3 years. I lost being able to walk among lots of other things. I stopped cooking after suffering some bad burns. You inspired me to try some crockpot recipes. The first one I made was the pork chops and gravy. And now I am cooking a couple times a week. I loved the salad with the pasta and rotisserie chicken. I even splurged on the10$ at Walmart. It was worth it.
My husband made a comment that when I talk about cooking I talk like I know you in real life.

I eat a low-carb diet, but I watch all of your videos because you are just so calming and down to earth. I have never thought of doing that with tortillas so I think I will be making this very soon with low-carb tortillas and everything else is already low-carb. That will be a perfect bread substitute.
