J'en ai écouté des interprétations, certaines de Whitney Houston, d'autres d'Haley Reinhart, etc que je considérais comme les plus grandes de la chanson populaire. Mais c'était sans compter celle-ci, que je viens personnellement tout juste de découvrir, et que je laisse tourner en boucle dans ma chambre en recherchant inconsciemment un brin de lassitude, en vain. Déjà les musiciens qui l'accompagnent jouent parfaitement bien. Mention pour le pianiste au touché léger, perlé et précis. On peut apercevoir sur certains plans qu'ils sont organisés afin d'être le plus synchro possible avec l'interprète. Tout cela crédibilise la performance dans son ensemble et rassure Lara et nous auditeurs. Quant à Lara, que dire sérieusement... son expression musicale est d'une sincérité déconcertante. Aucun geste, aucune accentuation, aucune nuance, aucune note n'est surinterprété. L'ensemble est cohérent avec le texte, la mélodie, le rythme et ses capacités vocales (contrairement à ce que pouvait laisser croire la presse de l'époque). Techniquement elle excelle : elle chante juste, le vibrato est parfaitement exécuté, le passage entre chaque note est particulièrement clair. Et enfin ses intentions musicales sont à la fois réalistes et inédites, propres à elle et à son parcours musical. Si je devais retenir 3 passages (bien que chaque seconde est unique et qu'on ne devrait découper une telle oeuvre de l'esprit si magnifiquement bien interprétée) : 0:26 - 0:33 et 0:46 - 0:50 - : "Je ne rêve plus", "Je ne fume plus", "Je n'ai plus envie". Quelle pureté, quelle justesse, quelle clarté et quelle maîtrise de la nuance... trop de choses à dire pour si peu de mots. A chaque écoute, je continue de me surprendre à être aussi captivé par la manière dont elle les chante. 2:11 - 2:33 : "Je bois toutes les nuits, et tous les whiskys pour moi ont le même goût, et tous les bateaux portent ton drapeau, je ne sais plus où aller, tu es partout. Je suis malade." Elle fait dérailler et gronder sa voix dans un contexte où l'on parle d'alcool et d'ivresse, puis repart dans une douceur innocente voire victimaire pour interpréter cette métaphore décrivant l'omniprésence spirituelle de son conjoint. C'est très cohérent je trouve et plaisant à écouter. Enfin la manière dont elle chante "Je suis malade" est très élégiaque, sa voix se transpose à celle d'un enfant qui se plaint en sanglots. Je n'avais encore jamais entendu cela dans une chanson... 2:38 - 2:47 : "Je verse mon sang dans ton corps, et je suis comme un oiseau mort quand toi tu dors" simplement écoutez la manière dont elle chante ce passage puis éprenez vous de son regard et de sa gestuelle. Cet extrait est remarquablement bien interprété sur tous les plans. (J'imagine qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de parler de sa dernière note qui semble ne jamais s'achever à notre plus grand émerveillement). Je sais que ces extraits sont pour la plupart improvisés et spontanés, mais ils sont tellement singuliers. Personne ne chante avec ses tripes comme Lara le fait ici... Voilà. Je commente presque jamais et ne suis pas très doué pour analyser ou pour écrire sans paraître trop lourd. Néanmoins j'avais très envie de vous partager ma sensibilité à cette interprétation de Lara Fabian, que j'estime au dessus de toute autre, toutes chansons confondues

C'etait la première fois que j'entendais cette chanson interprétée par Lara, et je me suis soudain rendue compte que cette femme avait un grand talent. I listen / watch this video every day. Sometimes I cry, sometimes I am amazed by the unquestionable quality of this girl's phenomenal interpretation. I never get tired. This is one of the most memorable performances in the history of music. I do not even know if I love the song or if I love Lara herself. Or both. Зависть? Отнюдь. Разные люди - разные вкусы. Я поставил диз, т.к. исполнение Фабиан этой песни, просто, не нравится. Её тяжело слушать в некоторых местах. Особенно припев, который не выходит из души, а откровенно выдавливается сквозь голосовые связки с использованием вокальных техник. Нет искреннего переживания драматизма, заключенного в словах этого песенного шедевра.

Je ne laisse jamais de commentaire et ne vote que lorsque j'aime vraiment, mais là, je n'ai même pas les mots face à cela; cette interprétation est magnifique, autant par l'accompagnement sublime que par la voix de Lara. Oh et qu'elle voix! C'était vraiment magique, saisissant au point que j'ai au départ mis cette musique en fond j'ai fais autre chose (c'est la première que j'écoute cette version), et que je me suis arrêtée, me suis posée et j'ai juste écouté. Je me suis laissée bercer par cette vois et les émotions que cette femme fait passer à travers cette chanson. Lara, peut importe ce que les gens pensent de toi, ne change pas, ta voix est puissante certes, mais magnifique, et tu le fais tellement bien...Je ne suis pas une s tes plus grandes fans, mais de temps en temps j'ai besoin d'entendre une voix chaude et rassurante, et je me tourne vers toi dans ces moments là, et j'avoue qu'ici tu m'as juste bluffée, je n'ai pas les mots.
