Hey Pace good info as always, this has been a terrible spring with record breaking Tornadoes 🌪 approaching 100 for my state of Oklahoma. I have two questions, how would you market yourself in badly damaged areas which purchasing type would you promote what verbiage would you use, for home owners thats waiting on insurance would you work the deal with them keeping the claim check.? Other question is who would you recommend in Oklahoma to work with that you respect that would benefit my business that would welcome me looking over there shoulders and maybe partner with that does what they say? Thank you

In regards to the "I want to quit my job, I hate it": I think some employers will provide a good environment, and some do not. Some jobs offer a learning opportunity. But alot of "Blue Collar" jobs are not a environment to learn from, more put this in that, and repeat. How does a "Factory Worker" obtain any positive mental mindset.
