    Great explanation👍🏽! I got a lot of love for static bags. It was one of the best tools to level up my kicking technique.

    Thanks for the video. Is the sandbag that touches the ground (static bag) just a 6ft muay thai banana bag that is hung lower? And what do you think of the sandbags that have suspensions on both sides so that you can attach a weight to the bottom? Thank you!

    • @Krufessor_Rad
      @Krufessor_Rad  5 місяців тому +2

      Thank you for the comment. Yes, it's just a 6ft muay thai heavy bag hung at a height that lets it touch the ground.
      I am not a fan of the attaching a weight at the bottom. It seldom works the way we hope. I spent the time and money outfitting a previous gym with 16 bags like that and they were sliding all over and it was just a pain and it just really sucked. Unless you can anchor it to the ground. Which I wouldn't recommend either. I wouldn't bother. Just my experiences with it.
      Thank you again for the comment and for watching.

    What about super angel bag for kickboxing

    • @Krufessor_Rad
      @Krufessor_Rad  2 місяці тому +1

      Those are good, but they are highly specific so if you are going to spend the money and can only hang one bag those wouldn't be the best option. If you have a rack and hang multiple bags then yes. You can get some of those up.

      @Krufessor_Rad thnx, then I will get fairtex HB12, I think it's the best option! Or i'm still struggling in the same situation? 😕

    Thanks for the video 🙏 what is the best filling material? Cloths or sand? Cheers

    • @Krufessor_Rad
      @Krufessor_Rad  4 місяці тому +1

      @@radiatingsun6056 I’d recommend you never fill your own bags. Pay the extra and buy them filled. I’ve tried cloth, sand, carpet padding and so on. The bags I’ve tried to fill in the past were never right. Not right density. Not the right weight. I’ll never do that again. I hope that’s helpful. 🙂🙏🏽

    10:28 would you recommend, (if i already have a 130lb static long bag) to get a short 4ft 80-100lb bag that swings? for punching, teeping, and knees?

    • @Krufessor_Rad
      @Krufessor_Rad  6 місяців тому

      If you have the space and resources to get the second one I don’t see why not. But if you plan to teep and knee it. You need a heavier one. Not 80lbs but 100lb or more. 80lbs is okay for boxing but when you start kicking and kneeing it. It’ll swing all over.

      @@NoRockinMansLandjust get the Fairtex 7ft pole bag. I put old jeans at the bottom(cut off all buttons) old bath towels,shirts,sheets and then every 2 ft jeans(to help pack it down. I hit up garage sales to get the all the material I needed.
