Hai my access 125 produces a little noise and vibration while strting and driving... Sound seems like engine is running without oil.. Like a rough sound.. But there is no oil consumption.. Its always at the top level.. What may be the issue..?
Is it main bearing?
There can be lots of issues behind it bearing issue oil pump issue, oil gallery issue.

Tats wat i noticed even the head gasket place is not cleaned properly..then again oil leak will start and damage the engine...otherwise everythinh is ok

How to timing procedure plz showing in the video
I have access 125, 2012 model, every month there are some small issues and I have to take service center or mechanic. Because I don't have proper tools. Can you please give a list of tools which is used for whole scooter like L N keys, spanners even to open clutch outer cover size and number of tools.

Brother I have access 125 SE bs4.. Today I went to service shop he said we have to rebuild the engine.. I don't know why.. I am not facing any issue no tappet sound no timing chain sound no tik tik sound nothing but he said it will cost yoh around 8 to 9k for engine work I asked what's the problem he said your engine is making some sound I said what type of sound?? He said some sound.. I am confused totally i care alot of my scooty.. Proper engine oil change proper service time to time but still he said for engine work?? 30k kms is done on my scooty.. Do what would you suggest.. He said something about compression but I have not felt any issues...

No engine rebuild until it start giving white smoke.
If the problem is compression then you should feel power loss while driving your access.
And compression problem may occur due to bad value adjustments that can be fixed easily without installing any new part.
My access has a sound change, sound more like it is running without oil. I feel 3 bottles of oil in 3 weeks but sound still is same. It gets very hot from back side and produces lot of smoke compared to earlier. What could be the issue ?

The following can be the issues with your engine.
1) It might be the piston rings.
2) Check the 3 vacuum hoses connecting the head cover to the air filter and intake pipe.
3) Bad valve seals.

For intake :- 0.04mm-0.07mm
For exhaust :- 0.10mm-0.15mm
And please check the valve clearance when engine is cold.

Hi My Suzuki access BS4 model engine piston is gone due to no engine oil.. So I want to know if I put New Engine Piston my scooty engine is safe right...
Bro you can install a new upsided piston but before that you have to bore the cylinder block and then rebuild the engine it will run just like new.

Suzuki authorized service center will never bore your cylinder they will directly replace everything.
Find some best mechanic near you and he can do it at less than half of the price which Suzuki service centre are charging for it.

I want to ask if they replace everything then we don't need to bore the cylinder right.. everything will be perfect of we replace everything....? Or after replacement also we need to do bore the cylinder? Please help I am so confused 😭
No no at service centre they will directly put new parts no boring and all required. They will never upsize your piston and never going to bore you cylinder they will simple install a new one.

Absolutely wrong timing setting
I understand that's totally my mistake, I haven't shown the correct position for aligning the cam gear but the timing setting is totally correct just have a look at the fan arrow actually at the time of recording my whole focus was on timing and at the time of editing I realized my mistake.
