I genuinely don't mind the deep focus buff. Remember, we will get more swords in the future, and they *probably* will cost a lot more sword energy. Having 5 of the deep focus cards, I assume, guarantees you a full sword energy bar, making it easier to use more expensive swords during battle as it will cut the amount of time to focus to use them. Time will tell how things will go and change.
@@femartthesussy if we get 5 deep focus, we'll get 1 bar and a half. You can literally get 3 SE. In such short period of times (2 turns in solo) And we're not also taking multiplayer into consideration (4 players with 5 deep focus can theoretically get 5 SE. In 1 turns)

But I honestly do think the Ghost Potion Nerf and Ghostwalker buffs are major W, it actually forces players to think rationally when using potion instead of spamming it, and to be honest it’s only viable in Hatred fight currently, because no other enemy does that much of DMG. Ghostwalker is a huge, HUGE asset for Floor 39 now, especially with Deep Focus, so I’m so glad they made it better. The allies nerf is weird but understandable but y’all have to realize you don’t have to summon your allies at the start of the battle, extra DMG at the start won’t get you far if you’re allies are now vulnerable. I do think they could rework this with a turn system, because Call Gorrila is so ass now. This patch was a mid W, but the Pit is by far the worst update to this patch
Im just concern the summon card nerf. I know the nerf deserve for cruel king but for red n' blue and gorilla just questionable, especially for gorilla since it stat already that bad in term of damage and hp, 1 time summon just make the card overall useless.

the G. Potion is a "free" option for the player to take a breather this turn or to dodge a different charge up attack that's in the later demos, with the trade off of the fact that the player will be exhausted for an entire turn next turn (it's the reason why Solo gets Exhausted 2)

Doing that would take forever, and unless you absolutely suck at the game, or you're playing a difficulty where cheesing is necessary, playing normally will work just fine while being 10x faster. It's a singleplayer/party game too, so there's isn't a real need to excessively balance things like PvP games do. Just gotta keep everything in a generally similar ballpark.
the Linebounce damage nerf was unnecessary as it's 1 of only 3 AoE options we have, one of which is not always available and the other requires sacrificing the ability to use Linebounce anyways

Oh boy i love doing 1 damage with my linebounce!! Jokes aside, this rework could be handled better, for starters the linebounce is completely useless unless you use some baller build, to the point where doing a dynamite only build is more reliable than the linebounce. While i do agree it did need a nerf to stop it from doing like 10 damage, this is a ridicolous nerf. And second, the summons are kind of...useless now. Take Hatred for example, it has a instakill attack, which would be fine normally..but the allies cant dodge the instakill So what happens is whatever your ally is, will die on like the 4th turn due to hatred, if their lucky enough to survive the other 3 that is. This basically makes the allies COMPLETELY useless against bosses.. when their meant to HELP you with the bosses AND Enemies.. My solution for the ally thing is from a comment i found That i thought was pretty cool, where allies are treated like another player, where upon dying they just get downed, but can be revived through ressurect, sacrifice+, etc.. Im fine with all the other stuff, its just the linebounce nerf and ally nerf i have a problem with. Is this because i Play every chapter solo? I dunno.

Bro when i was fighting in the reworked pit in the floor with 3 fears, i summoned cruel king as a meat shield but he instantly died and i was like : "Dang he died. Well i can spawn him again next turn.." then when i tried spawing him again, a text just says "You cannot use this summon anymore" i was like wth is this a bug or what. Then when i watched this video and it was actually a nerf they added to the summons (really sad imo 😔). I really like the buff ghostwalker got tho cuz instead of pure rng when dodging its now a safe net incase you messed up your dodging. They also changed cruel kings sp cost from 9 to 10 which is only a 1 sp increase but bro 10 sp for a summon that can only live once with 30 hp is a bit too expensive imo

yea i think they did that because when you’re in a party everyone gets 1 turn instead of the 2 you get in solo. so in a party since everyone can’t move your teams turn gets completely skipped. but in solo since you get two turns you’re able to get a free turn, so i guess they just had to balance it out.
Heres what they should do, make the one time summon only affect Red n’ Blue, and Cruel King. The Gorilla card, well, there are multiple gorillas so it makes sense to make it so you can call multiple gorillas

Im so glad i beat the demo before all these nerfs, in my fight agains't hatred on hard mode it was so laggy i had to spam and spam ghost potion and only attack when he gonna unleash that attack where you need to use ghost potion. for solo I find it better to summon after the 1st powerful attack and then do venom sword after. Helps get rid of the minion in one turn and keeps the damage rolling for Hatred

Yes everyone I know, I know the Ice dagger is a great healing tool. However you still need to spend time charging up Sword Energy to use it, which in turn means you can’t spend every turn using buffs and heals. It just feels stupid of the devs to nerf an already pretty weak build.
If you’re a support build you’re better off buffing summons or your allies, because the max dmg you can do is 4 with Slingshot. Even with Charge on, Cruel King does objectively more dmg you’re -3.
I still find ghost walker useless because why would i want to dodge automatically that cost to sword energy while pver time if i struggle on an enemies move i can heal or practice getting good at dodging more
I actually find it very useful for getting extra attacks in against unblock able attacks . . .. such as hatreds charged attack, an extra pstab or pshot could really decide whether you win or not

Ghost potion in solo was used to cheese many bosses that has charge, such as slasher, greed, (dunno why the hell would you use that since mighty smack is easy as hell to dodge) solitude, hatred. Fear indirectly gave itself immunity from the cheesing since total dismay disables any abilities that consume special points.

If you really want them to nerf the deep focus i say make it 10% but i have a reason to it You can obtain more these cards by beating the main again which they have a diffrent rarity to each one Cruel king - 0.1% Bubonic plant - 0.5% Hatred - 0.6% These card's can stack To 50% but since they are harder in the first chapters that actually gives you a dam reason to fight the bosses (besides the cruel king card ally) And also since the game get more difficulter and difficulter enemies it's safe to say that those 50% focus cards will become very very reliable (Ik it really sounds like im/ giving you a much opier card set but there bp can also increase to 2 so that it balances the rest)
some random tips i have if you maybe need are to count the breathing on its lightning attack to know when to dodge, and the wiki says to dodge the daze attack when the projectiles are a player-length from you or something if the daze is annoying you could maybe use feel fine if you have that i guess

@@tvhaha361maybe, but you should take note that the summons were op by literally making you not required to dodge in solo plus the infinite summoning would ruin hardmode bosses even if they took the same ammount of damage because it would literally allow you to dodge 1 turn, and 1 turn is more than enough to require much less skill. Not all attacks target one player. With the new nerf, you are pretty much forced to spam Ice Dagger otherwise your summon will die, when previously you didn't have to focus so much on your summons. Enemies have very high damage outputs and inflict status debuffs which shut down your summon completely. It's not all sunshine and rainbows when you use summons.

they should just make them unusable for a few turns, gorilla having no cooldown, R&B having 2-3, and cruel king having 5-6

Bro linebounce do only 2 dmg its a piece of shit. If the enimies has 1 shield, only does 1 dmg and the worst part its line bounce does 2 dmg with baller and ante up card equiped, and the time of ante up it feels more hard btw. Baller now is so bad

Makes summons kinda useless against Hatred though. Sucks that it renders an entire build pretty much useless because of one attack.
for solo I find it better to summon after the 1st powerful attack and then do venom sword after. Helps get rid of the minion in one turn and keeps the damage rolling for Hatred

Saying the summon nerfs mean nothing because can still support them is Ong the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard, you could spend those turns attacking but now you have to waste time buffing your summons so they have the same damage output as before.
Ice dagger also buffs you and that’s the only thing you should use

Yes everyone I know, I know the Ice dagger is a great healing tool. However you still need to spend time charging up Sword Energy to use it, which in turn means you can’t spend every turn using buffs and heals. It just feels stupid of the devs to nerf an already pretty weak build.
If you’re a support build you’re better off buffing summons or your allies, because the max dmg you can do is 4 with Slingshot. Even with Charge on, Cruel King does objectively more dmg you’re -3.
I still find ghost walker useless because why would i want to dodge automatically that cost to sword energy while pver time if i struggle on an enemies move i can heal or practice getting good at dodging more
I actually find it very useful for getting extra attacks in against unblock able attacks . . .. such as hatreds charged attack, an extra pstab or pshot could really decide whether you win or not

1:22 well it was actually buffed because the card didnt do anything previously, I believe it was only a 0.1% increase, now it's way more

Ghost potion in solo was used to cheese many bosses that has charge, such as slasher, greed, (dunno why the hell would you use that since mighty smack is easy as hell to dodge) solitude, hatred. Fear indirectly gave itself immunity from the cheesing since total dismay disables any abilities that consume special points.

If you really want them to nerf the deep focus i say make it 10% but i have a reason to it
You can obtain more these cards by beating the main again which they have a diffrent rarity to each one
Cruel king - 0.1%
Bubonic plant - 0.5%
Hatred - 0.6%
These card's can stack
To 50% but since they are harder in the first chapters that actually gives you a dam reason to fight the bosses (besides the cruel king card ally)
And also since the game get more difficulter and difficulter enemies it's safe to say that those 50% focus cards will become very very reliable
(Ik it really sounds like im/ giving you a much opier card set but there bp can also increase to 2 so that it balances the rest)

some random tips i have if you maybe need are to count the breathing on its lightning attack to know when to dodge, and the wiki says to dodge the daze attack when the projectiles are a player-length from you or something
if the daze is annoying you could maybe use feel fine if you have that i guess

@@tvhaha361maybe, but you should take note that the summons were op by literally making you not required to dodge in solo plus the infinite summoning would ruin hardmode bosses even if they took the same ammount of damage because it would literally allow you to dodge 1 turn, and 1 turn is more than enough to require much less skill. Im saying here that they made the game too easy with the summons.

Not all attacks target one player. With the new nerf, you are pretty much forced to spam Ice Dagger otherwise your summon will die, when previously you didn't have to focus so much on your summons. Enemies have very high damage outputs and inflict status debuffs which shut down your summon completely. It's not all sunshine and rainbows when you use summons.

Baller+ante+power rush+lancher= a tank that kills anything
