U.K archaeologists should be paid in a 3 tier system.
Jnr- 20-30 Pounds an hour.
Middling Archaeologist 30-40 Pounds an hour.
Snr/ site supervisor 40-50 Pounds per hour.
A living wage and a wage that is paid currently in NZ, Aus, and Canada. Pay us what we are worth!
