      I think we're getting a little nit picky here. By "normal" they mean average, or like the mass majority of others, which is just Objectively true. It's not an offensive term, it's not being used in a degrading way, we're getting offended over the smallest of things

    its pronounced cocklear, not cokelear.

      Both pronunciations are interchangeable. One is more common in the US and the other is more common in Europe
