Apologies for the darker lighting of the vid - I have a brand new 4k Sony ZV-E10 camera and clearly I need to play with the settings more. It didn’t look anywhere near that dark when I was recording and editing…I’ll get the settings and exposure levels right to bring you all the best content viewing experience possible. Just allow me some grace to play and learn the settings and how UA-cam is processing… Good news is it was just the shots of me that were dark. The side by sides are unaffected as that was added in outside of the camera so those are still in 4k and unaffected.
perfect 4k release! corrected vertical AND horizontal so we got the correct expanded picture and correct aspect ratio 🥰 great colors, contrast and crisp as f... without overshapening 👌👍
This is awesome review man, and what a naughty way to start the conversation 'grab your peanuts...' 🤣 enjoyed it a lot. Reminds me of Dana Carvey's impersonation of the beetles ( you got to watch that on yt). Seems like a great title that I need to look out for. The 4k steelbook is miraculous, loved the cover design, very original. the contrast (pun intended) between the 4k and bluray is night and day. The stills were awesome, perfect. There's only 1 minor downside I noticed in 4K still images is that while contrast and saturation is good, but at the cost of losing some shadow details. Can tell your new camera is showing its potential. Liked the PQ of the video, depth and sharpness, resolution has definitely improved by great margins, except for two minor glitches: 1. the audio quality was good in the start of the video but diminished in volume as it went on in the later part. 2. The cam autofocus may need checking. Your face gets bit out of focus here and there, particularly between 40 secs to 47 secs and occasionally at later part of the video. When your head is leaning backwards a bit it's getting bit out of focus. Leaning forward focus is getting better. Just an observation you can ignore. Well, keep doing more exclusive reviews like this. Very informative and enjoyable! 👍🏻
You know I appreciate your thoughts Sas 😉 I’m watching a lot of YT vids on this new camera and dialing in the settings. This was the first vid using it and it came out WAY darker than it looked while filming / editing. So I think I’ve learned through correct settings needed for a darker lit environment such as where I’m filming in my basement. The audio was a bit of a mystery to me too in the second half. I noticed that myself upon playback. I didn’t change anything but somehow it got lowered. Then there is learning how to use the autofocus. Right now it’s blurring the background as it’s focusing on my face. There are ways to set it so it all stays sharp (me and my background). I just need to play with it a bit more. It’s a superior camera to what I was using for sure but with that comes more learning and tweaking. Learning as I go and will keep dialing the settings in. I think you and all future viewers of my content here are going to enjoy the finished product. And for a baseball comedy - really a fun film and such a great steelbook! Highly recommended 😉

Do it and do it sooner than later…I think it’s gonna sell quickly. I’m happy I did. Truly enjoy the film too… 👍🏼
