@@PeloB Baby Girl the weather here is cool, but not freezing. Most days are around 35-45 degrees Fahrenheit and 30’s at night with occasional rain, but no rain today. I have been trying to stay well. A couple of my family members have colds so we are trying not to spread any illnesses to one another. At else one or two of us has had a severe cold since before Christmas. I hope you, your grandma and other family are doing well. Let us pray for your community of subscribers and there families that we all continue to be healthy in this new year in Jesus Name!🙏🏼🫶🏼😇

I had to google spanspec. Here we call it cantaloupe. It’s one of my favorite melons. I haven’t ever tried cooking it, we usually eat it cold here. 😊

It's our winter and we get a lot of rain, sometimes snow. In fact, we might get some snow by the weekend. I enjoyed your grocery haul and hearing your average spending on grocery shopping. When you said $30 - 40, do you mean for a week, 2 weeks or a month? How much is the taxi ride home? I find it very interesting to see and learn about the prices elsewhere.

Hi dear, Yes it can rain and snow where I live. It does that in our nation's capital too but most of Canada gets snow at this time. Just where I live (and in the general area) we get mostly rain in the winter and sometimes snow. I live close to town so we don't get enough snow to make a snow man, lol. As for taxi, the journey will begin at $3.75 Canadian and each kilometre will start adding another $2.18 until you reach your destination. I haven't ridden a taxi now for many years. If I need to take a ride I sometimes use an Uber. It is like taxi but seems cheaper though some of my friends tell me it is more expensive. So far, I didn't find that to be the case. Your taxi is very affordable. That's good to know for tourists.@@PeloB

I tried once too, from seeds I bought. I only got one teeny tiny broccoli 🥦 that was too thin and weak to eat. 🤷♀️
I tried it with seeds
But luckily my basil, spinach, beetroot and lettuce survived. I will be trying the broccoli again soon
Maybe it needs very fertile soil. I am currently working my soil before I try again, hopefully it works out
