Anne I'm from Malaysia, we don't cook like this nasi goreng people wont like... Onion not much just a bit add bird eye chili and garlic paste first because it's take time to cook then fried egg on the side then add on dark and light soya sauce and salt water add lil mustard greens or any other veg we don't use paper corn add minced Chicken and fish balls if any then finally add rice and one mix... Please try this way other time would be more nicer 🙂😊 happy eating

You must clean the anchovies and fry it first, use the same oil to add chilli paste cook it until the oil float on top, after that add all the vegetables and stir well, add rice once the vegetables are cook mix it well and finally add little sweet soy sauce stir fry it again... Now it's done❤

Actually Sarath said it right 'nasi goreng' not 'nasi gorang' 'potong cepat' not 'potang cepat'. Many items that you showed is not used in Malaysia. Main item is 'green mustard' and 'tau foo'. But you did it well
