Sure does, I also heard somewhere it also runs on 153 Rolls too. Runs perfect and with the Restoration, It shall look like when it first got moved over to Crescent Park, I think for some time they even restored it and put a temporary Wurlitzer 153 Band Organ in there.
It would sound a lot better if it was returned to it's original scale playing from books, not a fan of converting classic German organs to Wurlitzer rolls, they were never intended to sound like this.
This band organ is grand and amazing (especially with my love of band organs from time to time) however, the volume needs to be turned down a little bit and I'm shocked that people like you sometimes sit right in front of it to record it or let it play, I was only 9 though when I last rode it in 2017 so I guess it's the way noise works, they're trying their best, I hope they get Midi Files so they can play even more songs along with their current paper rolls. Very amazing.
hey you're about my age! last time I rode this was in idk 2016 maybe? i rly wanna go back tho... but srsly i remember going on the 'galloping' ones for the first time it was scary how fast they went up and down compared to the ones at like roger williams park lol...
@@OctoCorn Yeah the carousel at Roger Williams park is more gentle. Even though I spent most of my life going to the Warwick Mall, I never actually ride the carousel because it is kind of a disappointment. Then the one at Slater Park in Pawtucket is pretty fast considering I went on it a few months back. I guess we do keep theme park vibe alive with these carousels.

the organ is sounding better these days - this top notch looff carousel is worthy of a great band organ - keep up the good work - thanks mpl
Right underneath the center woman's hand, you can see a bell is cattawampus and the hammer is missing the bell. Lol
It is an American Patrol. Great march!
Followed by The Battle Hymn of the Republic
this ruth 38 playing wurlitzer 165 rolls is located in riverside rhode island usa
The Ruth 38B sounds absolutely amazing in this video. It does really great on 165 rolls

Just imagine how well it would do on Ruth 38 music as intended!
