It's useless to follow your recipes as there are no list of ingredients or amounts of those ingredients to be used. What a waste of time. If you had listed how much of each item to be put into the blender, I would have followed a number of your recipes because they did look good but no ingredient list or amounts, no following your channel. Sorry.
