Don't Hurt People

- Ok so....This hit home because it is a Christian school in Wisconsin. I went to Christian schooling in Wisconsin from first grade through high school. I was not a popular kid, but I had my friends. I was angry here and there, but nothing this bad. We had bullies, but only ones that would scare us and provide minor injuries, and only for a year or two out of the first eight.
I have a lot of reasons to be angry this year. 2024 has been one of the worst years of my life. I am generally a good person. I just helped clear a bunch of neighbors drive ways after a snow fall. I have done everything that this country deems commendable. I have done everything that is generally thought of as good. Yet I am still unemployed and will eventually be in danger of losing my home.
But my children are healthy. My wife and I are doing ok. I did a lot of gardening. I got over 40 new subscribers in the last few months. I fixed a few toys and a few computers. I am looking at business ideas. I am learning the violin and guitar. There are other things but I feel like I am drawing a blank now that I have the opportunity to write it down.
The problem is that we have our heads down. It is time to wake up. We live in a world of free information. You can buy a violin or guitar or drum set and learn to play from instructional videos. You can make your own videos and get paid for it. You can learn how to program computers and build robots. You can buy robot kits or electronic components and have them shipped to you. You can learn how to start and run a business or buy a farm or do something super cool. Most of these things are things you could be doing right now. You could, but your head is down.
So this is what I am going to do with this video. I am not going to ask for subscribers. I am going to hashtag with a bunch of things people who need to see this video might be feeling. I am going to keep making videos that teach and inspire people. I hope I am going to be more coherent in future videos.
