Seriously awesome video . Makes me wonder maybe will will stay here in North America and cruise. Just spectacular scenery .Would love to learn more about this passage or more videos. Definatley something for us to consider. Thanks for the video much appreciate Fair winds ⛵⛵⛵
Wow ... we have ALWAYS wanted to sail the inside passage and you presented your experience so beautifully! Thank you for this video and for sharing your lifestyle. What time of year do you typically go? Do you wait until part way through the summer so there is enough melt or is timing based on other factors?
Glad you like the story! Each year, Jim Rard of Sail Alaska departs Anacortes, WA in June and leads a group of about 10 boats up the inside passage of Alaska and back. It's always an epic trip ans you can see!
Absolutely ! We leave NZ 4 weeks tomorrow, to cruise the Greek Islands on my SO45, which is in Turkey at the moment - cant wait to escape our winter !!!
Wow wow wow!! Gosh we just headed off sailing around Australia with barely any experience under our belt! We just released our first video yesterday! Sailing near ice is definitely scary to us! What a journey! 🗺
Beautiful country up there
That was a beautiful video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
before i realized the video was sped up i thought omg those boats are motoring so fast.
I headed to Alaska this past summer. Very good trip. Thanks for the video.
Love the last song.
Inspiring trip and wonderful attitude towards life in general ! Thank you.
0:24 The implication of the first 24 seconds of the video is you'll need these skills to own a Jeanneau boat
Wow - amazing - hope to one day be able to venture around places like this.
better hurry
