Miko Miko Dance. I'm not sure if it's exclusive to Japan, but as someone said, it's come a long way. The movements are smooth, the details such as the hair and clothes swaying are awesome, and the models are excellent.
There was a short Anime called Kancolle which is short form of the name of a game called Kantai Collection. It is a ftp game, but is Japanese access only with a vita release in japan. The Devs for some reason do not want it international for the game.
