Mam if a person who is working on radiology deptt and if he or she cannot use lead then what will happen .. i mean to say will they suffer from any diseas

They have to take proper precautions ie keeping distance ie 6 ft atleast, all the ppl who are working on radiology wear a tag and it shows how much radiation they are exposed to according to that the national radiology dept gives them instructions
