this is a rare room, there is a badge associated with it (also the necrobloxicon is obtainable for players who already beat the game before the gam released)
You can also get the party special and the badge by finding "the bar" room. There you can buy a party special for 1250 data. The room is pretty rare, you can also find many data there.

There's also a chance you find it locked behind 2 doors, you would need 2 code breakers.
