i might be a Liverpool fan but always had a soft spot for Ipswish, certainly now the play and have played real well since Kieran took over ,think they got the tools to survive
Great video and lovely to see the players looking so relaxed and speaking so highly of Kieran. Sunday was an incredible experience and a fantastic game. We could have won it, but a draw was just about right. An excellent performance by our boys, and we look forward to the next one. An excellent performance by the referee too - he was very switched on and let the game flow 👍🏾 I absolutely love my club - we have had 3 sensational years and I hope Kieran stays for 3 more 🤞🏾 COYB 💙 🤍 💪🏾 ⚽
This season is all about keeping in touch with other teams at the bottom ,it won't be a run of wins and suddenly we are 11th that probably not the path and the players and supporters know it so each game is a chance to keep in touch, there's no sulking or booing from supporters or players they are all important to the team .it's a rare thing that comes from over 15 years of finishing mid table never getting a sniff of being on the up until the new board come in and coach it's a real unique situation.if we go down the supporters will still be behind the club no doubt
I think you guys are by far best placed out of the 3 promoted teams to remain in the Premier League for another season at least. Southampton are dead and buried, Leicester City supporters hate their manager through his Nottingham Forest connections and their team looked very disjointed in their last 2 outings.
Excellent to watch. It just gives everyone who hasn't seen a lot of Town how far our club has come, and that the owners, Ashton and in particular Kieran are the main part of that. They've brought in the right players, got the town to support them again, which obviously wasn't happening 5 years ago. Still a family club, the owners, staff and players are part of that family with the supporters. I'll give anyone £50 who has a genuine reason to dislike them as a town fan. Uppa Towen!
What a fantastic insight ,I really think our luck is going to change over the next few weeks ,this team seem to be bonding well ,MUric is proving himself to be a good goalkeeper and now with Omari on the score sheet hopefully we can start seeing some wins with no defensive era’s
As a United fan I’ve got a lot of time for McKenna. Back to back promotions are not to be sniffed at and if he keeps Ipswich up that’s just as impressive. Top coach who will be at a big club one day.
@@STST If a top 6 side came knocking again (which they will) it will be seen as a ‘step up’ from managing Ipswich Town. Didn’t mean to hurt your feelings, I was just pointing out the facts
As an Ipswich fan since 1978, I was 9, and experiencing utter crap between 2023-2021, so good to see the club where it is today. Football is not all about Man U, Chelsea and Man City.
What I love most about Kieran is his mentality and how he looks at things, every question he’s asked he never answers with an “I”, every response is talking about “we” as a collective, you can tell he appreciates all the staff and players on an individual level and doesn’t put himself above anyone. He believes he’s no better than anyone else at the club and it’s an amazing trait to have
As a Chelsea fan I wanted McKenna and the fact they were playing United and I predicted anything less than an Ipswich win is how highly I rate Kieran...
Really nice to see this, as an Ipswich fan it seems so much of the focus from the weekend was on United and their new manager (understandably), but then afterwards the focus has still been on how poor United were and how much work needs to be done, and nobody is talking about how well Ipswich played. Two weeks back it was the same story at Spurs, Spurs bottled it, Dr Tottenham strikes again, Ange this, defence that, yet they just went and slapped City 4-0 at their place so they can't be that bad. Ipswich's performances, individually and as a team, have been excellent the last few games, and it was only a matter of time the results came with it. Maybe it's a good thing nobody is noticing just yet.
This is after the Man Utd game, but an interesting insight into the training and to hear players speak so highly of Kieran. His knowledge of the game, his perspective of how we should play and what we need to do. You can only get so much out of what you have, but already new players are blossoming. We all knew as supporters/followers of ITFC that it wasn't going to be easy. Due to a few injuries it has made things that bit harder as we are as Kieran said still relying on some players who have come up two divisions. One or two as we know have now moved on and I see one or two who may follow and be replaced by better players. It's all part of the evolution of the club. Also there's the situation where players like Delap, Hutchinson and Davis will attract bigger clubs. We have very good backing from Gamechanger 20, but silly offers may pursued selling as we are aware that our owners although they will stay for the foreseeable are ultimately in it to make a profit for their fireman's pension fund.
Why are all your videos filled with gambling commercials that we can’t immediately skip? I detest gambling commercials. These companies have made many go in to serious debt and have claimed the lives of many. At least give us the option of not having to see gambling commercials. I don’t want a reminder of why I lost my dad
@ add blockers are not a thing on tv I’m afraid unless you can give me a solution I’d be greatly grateful and I’ll complain due to my Dad taking his own life after getting lost in gambling debts as advertised on this channel. Hes Phil Neville's worst nightmare. Looks like him and had the balls to be a manager of a League 1 team. Philip went down the woke route and choose to be manager of an England womans team and then only had offers to go to the American MLS and has done nothing. Love Philip, love Kieran and I'm proud to see an Irish man do so well. Today we had to admit Ipswich were the better team. Fair play.

Omg we are so lucky to have Kieran. He’s excellent. Can’t wait for today’s game.

you deserved to win, fair play to kieran, you guys are in good hands.
what an excellent piece, K Mc has been brilliant since he came in and the players have responded.

Awsome video Jamie .. keep up the good work!😊
They won against a Tottenham side who beat city yesterday
But that's the problem with Spurs they always have problems against weaker teams
Back to back promotions is crazy I hope they stay up same 3 up down is boring
Very rare that all 3 teams that got promoted get relegated.
Nice o see some ITFC content

Poor Kieran McKenna.
