You could do that actually my setting up a multiplayer server and then letting them lease the equipment not buy it. Then whatever the cost of the lease was when they're done add it to your funds by editing the XML at the end of the day. You can also do that with the pickup trucks in the camper setting up RV spaces and charging them for camping. I like Spencer TV’s camp sites because of the sand or dirt spots off the gravel. You should build some ATV/ hiking trails on cliff sides. Trails from camp site to camp site. Plus ones down to the waterfall.
My son and i still havent got our pc copies yet maybe santa will hook us up. Suggestion since watching you how about terraforming some land and building a bridge for the gap to go over the train :) if not you can always jump it.. ;)?

Plus you can have a Jeep Hill climb area and attract big crowds.
