Hi Albert and Track Fans!
This is a quick lesson, the lesson is a tutorial on how to build a Scalextric Pit Lane track. It's really cool and really easy.
You need a pit lane if you plane to race your friends using the Scalextric App, it gives you a safe area to change tyres and fill up the fuel tanks with out getting driven into by a friend who's also racing Scalextric track with you!
Feel free to comment, like and share for more people to enjoy the fun of Scalextric racing.

100% enthusiam, that's the way to do it. Also like that you are covering basics, not every scalextric video has to be some insanely complex re-engineering job.
Thanks Berf, most appreciated. We've got some good stuff coming through, glad you're enjoying it :-)
I'm new to this so, please correct me if I'm wrong. You have to put the power base before or after the pit lane, otherwise, it won't recognize a lap. This would only apply if you are making a pit-lane that is longer than what you did here in the video. Your videos have been very helpful. Thank you.
Hi there, thanks for the nice comments, most appreciated. I would put the pit lane after the power supply although, you can have them anywhere around the track if you preferred 👍🏻
Great video!
I do not have pit lane but I search for a bridge cheap in scalextric pieces park... waiting also for space to build a beatiful track 🌾 thank's for video
does the app recognise the pit for tyre wear and refeuling like it does on the original arc base?
Yes it does 👌🏻
not being rude but have ever seen Scalextric track before you made this video?
Hey Robert, when I made that video, I'd probably had the pit lanes for about 24hrs :-). Thanks for not being rude, this channel is designed for a 6/7 year old (please check out about tab). Nice one.
