The ethics of plunderphonics, specifically barber beats, is perfectly fair use in my opinion since even these original creators steal sample packs from eachother. Having listened to multiple barber beats artists, I have noticed drum patterns or melodies used by two different original artists. For example, Track 7 “overwhelming beauty” has the same percussion loop as the track “я слышал звон” from Haircuts for Men. Plunderphonics forever!
Barber beats, subgenre of vaporwave. I've also heard it been referred to as "plunderphonics" as all the tracks are plundered from obscure lounge/nu-jazz, etc artists

I think its called Barber beats, Vaporwave. I usualy listen to all this stuff at higher speed like 1.25 X speed really helps the groove out
