I admire and share your riding philosophy. I have a 650 Enfield "street bike" and I also like taking it on these kinds of roads to these kinds of beautiful places. Most any bike with any kind of tire is an "adventure bike" and will take you on almost any kind of road if ridden properly. I find the most important thing is skill with the clutch and to be in the proper gear to always keep good forward momentum while going through loose, steep, rough or slippery patches; take the corners slow and wide. The only bike I'd avoid taking would be a really low slung, super massive Harley
Another wonderful video Nick. After watching your videos the last couple years and listening to the sound of your moto guzzi motorcycles I went and bought a 07' Norge today.😊
As others have mentioned...the drone footage puts your excellent videos on a different level...superb Been to Canada several times..maybe if one day l can return..l can explore on a motorcycle this vast land. Enjoy your weekend....
Very nice video; and so cool to see that nature around your parts are identical to the places I ride near my home in Sweden. Think a triangle Gothenburg - Oslo - Karlstad.. And I go Guzzi too; V85 TT..
Beautiful Roads Nick!! There are some like that around where I live but I've been hesitant to take one of my bikes down them. I don't know that my street tires would be of any use on them since there is a bit of sand in places. I may need another bike to do that. LOL... Nice video.
Wonderful back road video. Reminds of riding my W800 to Fulton's sugar bush in Pakenham. Gravel road riding can be leisurely, relaxing, exhilarating and intense all at the same time. My wife is not a fan but I also enjoy the challenge. Bob in North Gower
What a lovely experience! Am under the impression your El Dorado might be a better match for these gravel roads and am curious as to why you chose the Breva instead?
Nice video Nick ! Great choice of music for editing into your ride and the drone shot was a nice touch also . Does Wheelers have lawn chairs to lay on after you eat their pancakes ? I love pancakes smothered in maple syrup but I usually need a nap right after I eat too many of them lol . I'm a bit of a carb-a-holic . I got a bike recently that I was wanting to surprise you with someday but due to " too many bikes at the same time " disease I put 2 bikes up for sale hoping to sell one and bing out of the blue I sold both . No it wasn't a Guzzi but It was another midsize Japanese shaft drive that was very popular in Europe during its time . Nice bike .
How does modern suspension on the Breva compare the the old school Eldorado on gravel roads Nick? I'm amazed how good the Falcone rides compared to my much more modern Strada. Great vid as always. Lovely scenery.
I'm not a subtle guy Ian. The bikes feel very different but I can't really attribute it to the suspension. They both get the job done without throwing me in the ditch. Good enough for me 😁😊
Wheelers sounds fantastic. Maybe it's just as well that I live 300 miles away from it, I'm too heavy as it is and the temptation of what they offer would be too much.
I love riding the endless backroads here in southern Alberta as well, Nick, especially in the shadows of the Rockies. Quick question for you - what is your chain maintenance with all the dirt and gravel roads?
Another engaging and calming video. Thanks, Nick. What model Guzzi were you riding? I’m tentatively looking around for a more modern, less sport focused guzzi to supplement my old Lemans 1000.
Very relaxing ride, Nick. Any chance you'll be riding near the RIDEAUX CANAL? I'm looking at a clean 2000 black Quota 13000 miles and 3 PC luggage. Enjoyed the video and RIDE SAFE OUT THERE Nick!
Your videos always make me regret my move from quiet rural E Ontario to crowded S Vancouver Island... I was lured out by the promise of a temperate climate (which it is) but quickly tired of the congestion of the lower island. Featuring Wheelers Pancake House in this ride just added insult to injury... loved that place. Keep riding though, and I'll keep living vicariously through your films. Except for the speeded-up footage, that makes me nauseous to watch so I have to turn away and just listen until it's over. 🤢
Thanks and sorry about that. I wanted to show the whole length of that stretch, and to do it at regular speed would have taken ages. I'll try not to do it often. Stay well in BC. You have some stunning riding there.
Canada looks beautiful in Spring
I really enjoy your videos, thanks
Thank you too. Comments of support make my day.😃

I love the cows.
Loving those roads Nick and thanks too for the Wheelers intro. 👌
Great videos, excellent books! Thanks so much, you are an inspiration!
@MarkBusby-r4c You're very kind Mark. Many thanks.
Well done Nick, very restful to watch
Another very enjoyable video. Thanks and ride safe.
Great video Nick. I enjoy them as well as your books. The Breva sings a sweet song.
Thanks Cathy. 😃

A drone?? My, you are getting fancy! 😉 What's next, a 360 cam? And hey, the stone said "forever!" Oh, yea of little faith.

They have a lot in common. Similar wildlife too. 😊

Nah Ted. Any bike on street tires is fine. Take the Sporty and take it easy
Wonderful video Nick. Thanks for posting; just what I needed today. Looks like you're really enjoying that Breva (what's not to like!).
It was a great ride. Yes, loving the Breva, thanks. Stay well.
The drone camera is an excellent addition to your adventures. Another great video. I rode past Wheelers today lol. Beautiful ride.
Just as always superb.
Thanks Duncan 😃

@@356cruzer4 At the time I did the ride, the Eldorado was in pieces.

Haha. Yes, it's not good for weight management.

No need Ross. It's a Guzzi. No chain. Enjoy your rides. Stay safe.
@@nick949eldo Aah.. I should have known! I don’t take my V7 Stone on gravel yet, but I will… Cheers, Nick!

I have been past Wheelers but not stopped in. Now I will make a point of stopping.
Only open Thurs to Sunday. 😀
