Thank you for this beautifully succinct and Spirit-filled description of Liturgical Dance. It touches my heart with the Holy Spirit and I know that I have been called since birth to this ministry. My journey as a dancer led me down many cultural paths and various forms and techniques. It wasn’t until I came fully back to Christ and the Church that I felt all the pieces coming into alignment with God. The body is Gods sacred temple and it is so infrequent that people engage their body in prayer and worship, let alone as a VEHICLE for these. I appreciate all you are doing to make this Good News available to people.
Amen to the nations worshipping God in their own dance form! That’s something I’m very interested in. I especially appreciate the hula dance when done to the Lord, I think it’s just so gloriously beautiful 🙌🏻

Can white people do liturgical dancing? I love the art of dancing and using flags for worship but I don’t want to offend anyone
Yes, liturgical dance is only a term used to define all forms of Christian dance. It is not based on racial or cultural preferences. I sincerely appreciate your honest question.
