everyone saying move up has no idea how ama racing works these days , im sure he is still eligible to race c class lorettas and thats why he hasnt moved up. why would you move up before you can go and potentially win a title? and yes, this is what lorettas c class looks like.

He only really needed needed to shift on a few parts of the vid, Prolly missed a shift or two. Some parts of the track he could pull a gear all the way to the top of it and be just fine.
