Dwight Powell, the longest-tenured Maverick, was one of only a few players this season to appear in all 82 regular-season games. The big man shot a career-best 67.1 percent from the floor this season and shot a career-high 78.3 percent from the free throw line. He also threw down a career-high 108 of his patented dunk shots, and was one of just 22 NBA players to make 100+ slams this season. So sit back, relax, and get ready for the dunk show!

They can keep him for under $10 mil and limited role as a back up Center/PF. He is not a starter for a contender.

He’s so much better than y’all give him credit for. He does what he is supposed to. In playoffs we started for jump ball then Maxi played most of the time because of Maxis ability to defend anyone and shoot the 3.

he went awol in the playoffs...as athletic as he is he should have been a huge factor in the paint
It doesn’t really matter cause they could either just as athletic, taller, and sometimes even the same height with longer wingspan.

So yeah.
Good power forward...but his price tag is a bit high. Most likely to stay in Dallas. Could see a trade only when giving away together with one of the other starters e.g. thj, Kleber, etc.
