thanks for your ideas. Im currently run Caesar more like a Token Generator-Sacrifice machine with cards like Mirkwood Bats and impact tremors and many others with this effects. Also, many x create tokens sorceries to win the game and ashnod altar
@@hometowncommander with this direction, I have been winning games like crazy. Of course, I get targeted in mid-power and low-power tables. In mid-high-tables I'm always close to winning but some guy combos out of nowhere...
You’ve just gotta have some fun combo la for yourself! In all reality, you’ve got to find your spot to set the tone and get stuck into combat. Spread that love and hit hard, the buff enchantments really helped me to get in for good damage when I can and use this aristocrats effects and Caesar to finish them off
I was thinking about just running Caesar as the commander in my Isshin deck just to see how it plays. Don't forget about Mirkwood Bats. Deals damage to all opponents whenever a token enters or is sacrificed. Love a good fight deck.
My main is Edgar Markov. I don't have a single non-vampire creature in the 99, but I'm gonna sleeve this guy up as an alternate commander I can swap in. Seems like it would still be a powerful deck
I am using ajor the deepest foundation since he can trigger the atk triggers can pretty much come back even if yoy kill it (cause tokens entered the battlefield) so he just kinda keeps the flow going (also i already had him lol😅)
Just thought shared animosity might be worth playing if you're playing a lot of humans. Also, i know it's a weird one but i like playing chaosphere in red creature decks that are vulnerable to fliers. No one sees it coming.
I honestly don’t expect that to be a problem too often, especially when mixed with Caesar’s ability. I think way more often than not you play the CoA when you can use it most and profit

That’s the route I’ve been pushing towards as well! Here in a few weeks I’ll be posting my personal Caesar update for OTJ!

ive spent about 200 bucks in upgrades on this deck and its an absolute power house. love playing it.
Agreed! It reminds me every game why I love tokens so much

Oh for sure! Mirkwood is on my list to test next, I’ve really been enjoying exploring the deck and trying certain cards and ideas
This is my favorite deck right now. Hanweir Garrison is algo a good add as he creates human tokens that are tapped and attacking. Nice deck list!
Great call! I know I’m missing some good pieces and that’s one

Good idea!!! Hadn’t thought of that but it’ll work really well

Animosity is a great idea, but remember the soldiers coming in off Caesar’s ability won’t get it. That’s the only reason I’m avoiding it for now
@@hometowncommander But they would get it for being soldiers. So both humans and soldiers get buffed separately.
only problem with CoA is that it buffs Op's creatures too. just have to hope you outnumber them

If Isshin doubles Ceasar, you still have to sac 2 creatures, right?
Yes, but because you sac one to gain 2 (plus any other effects) it is still worth it when you add in death and ETB triggers
@@hometowncommander Definitely worth it, just checking 😉❤️
