Just want to share this. JESUS CHRIST died for you on a cross for our sins. 3 days after his death he resurrected and was, is, and will be The LIVING GOD. In a prayer repent from your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and also ask for the HOLY SPIRIT to come into you in that same prayer as well. Have FAITH in CHRIST. You could come to Jesus Christ as you are, but once you accept Him, you have to become new, change, and be born again, and turn away from all wicked ways. It all depends on where you stand. If you are a beginner with past experience or an intermediate player who wants to come back and what you want is acoustic piano emulation above all, then the Roland FP-30X qualifies as a masterpiece at the top of the entry level price point. If you have other experience or other goals, consider your needs and do your own research. Keep in mind, every type of digital keyboard is an instrument of its own accord, not an imitation of something else. A digital keyboard can emulate some other keyboard instrument. It does not imitate. If you are buying for a child or you do not want to play on the heavy piano action of the Roland, and piano emulation is your aim, the Alesis Prestige Artist might be a good and very user-friendly choice. The Williams Allegro IV apparently has a weighted and graded keyboard and an even lower price point than the Alesis. Whatever you buy, do your kid or yourself a favor and get a full-feature keyboard. Full feature means weighted and graded keys and at least 128-tone polyphony. If you do not know what these terms mean, research the market until you do. The other instrument at the top of the entry-level price point along with the Roland FP-30X is the Yamaha P125/225. I got the Roland based on my needs as a past intermediate level acoustic piano beginner, but the P-125 and P-225 are wonderful instruments with a lighter keyboard action.

the only drawback of Roland is their technical support. Nonexistant! Our school bought 9 and no one has responded to my questions in years. My next piano will not be a Roland
I suppose Bluetooth connectivity can be considered an extra feature, but if it comes at the expense of direct control of the sound by way of knobs and sliders, I would call it a curse.
The CLP-775 is missing counterweights which make the keys too heavy for children under 12. It’s more like a stair-climber for your fingers instead of a relaxing instrument. The CLP-785 is the same action: except lighter because the necessary counterweights are included.
I tried the CLP-785 and loved it. It feels great, sounds great and looks great. Sadly, it's way over the budget I would normally dedicate to a digital piano, even when I have cash to splash. For less than this price you can buy a Casio GP-310 hybrid or a serviceable 10-year-old acoustic piano. I doubt I'd spend more than 3000 euros on a digital piano, because today's great model is tomorrow's nearly obsolete model. There's a lot of improvement just around the corner. And indeed, some killer patches (rivalling VST pianos) are keenly awaited by the digital piano community. Meanwhile, for anyone using a portable piano or stage piano I can say, do spend some money on amplification. Quality studio monitors work pretty well at home. If you can afford 8", go for this. A pair of 5" monitors might need a sub woofer to help out. I use this combination, and it's a happy compromise for me. For gigging, Yamaha and QSC make excellent powered speakers, though I prefer having two passive speakers and a powered mixer. Speaker sizes of 10 inch are best IMO, because they are full range, they tighten the mids and they are luggable. In bijou settings 8 inch works very well too. Merriam recommends the Roland K series combo keyboard amps, but I disliked the few I tried. Maybe they deserve a second look. Things change, and so do our preferences.

I would say, with great confidence, that the new Casio Privia PX-S7000 is right up there with the others you noted. It's one of the best sounding, best feeling and best looking digital pianos on the market today.
Ive not heard the Privia. Caio and Yamaha (not a cut to Yamaha - they make good products) but they remind me of Calloway in golf. Some other company does the innovation and gr8 nee product and they copy it (mire or less), letting the others spend the R&D money. Learned their lesson from the CCP I guess.
I miss the Kawai top range pianos like MP 11 SE and CA99. They supposedly have the best keybed of any digital piano available. Too weird that they are not even mentioned.

I’m looking for different variations on piano sounds based on existing and historic brands and models. For example, I still remember playing Chopin on a Bechstein grand as a kid during lessons, and it inspired me. Which digital piano gets to do this kind of variation?
I bought a Kawaii Es920 from Japan off of Ebay for 1200 dollars had to pay 70 dollars for U.S. Customs. I recived my keyboard and everyhing worked well. The manual is in Japanese and I had to change the menu to English. They still sell them.
How do you find the Kawaii Es920, I was looking to buy a new keyboard (have not played in years), It is 1,200 euro here in Europe, do you think it is worth the Money?

I started playing way back in years that really date me, let alone the instrument. I currently play my Kursweil as main instrument with others to creat f full orchestra. Itvturns out to be the only keyboard that offers regular FREE updates from operation systems to voicing, hold 84 seperated piano sounds, all ajustable with a host of other abilities not offered by any of the brand names shown so far. I reallybthink someone should raise the point as to why this brand appears to be banned from being spoken about when in fact its one of the best!!!
Which pianos (including those not shown in this video) would allow a pianist who doesn't know how to transpose to accompany a beginner violinists who has trouble playing in any key with more than one flat?
Most electronic keyboards, including pianos, have a transposition function. But why don't you simply learn how to play in the keys that your violinist can? If they can only play a couple keys, then it wouldn't be difficult at all to learn them, which would give you more freedom and confidence, instead of relying on a feature you shouldn't really need.

Having spent a lot of time both looking and listening to digital pianos i found one that in fact leaves the rest behing in ability and sound, yes it does need a seperate amp and speakers but it hase a range of piano , s that i have not found in the listings when it comes to quality and resoonce to indivudual styles of playing, plus the ability to really be able to mimic any other piano. Its the Kursweil range of digital pianos, how come tgey are never menstioned, they are made to the highest standards and have a near lifetime of platable operation plus a back up service that allow constant upgrades ad technology advance,, yes they can be exspencive but you really do get value for money, to thevpijt where there is a programme that allows al, tbe voices to be replaced by the latest technology. This is a bad list in the first place, clearly made by people that don't know much about DPs. If you want a digital that gets as close to an acoustic piano as possible, though, then the Novus NV-10-S is going to do it way better than the Phoenix.

Beat looking. This is not a piecw of cloth. It has short keys, which is very uncomfortable to play.
