Hi Stacey, I’ve been using Bond RX following my lightening services. Here why; Post Color scavenges remaining peroxide and lightening products. However; the cuticle is still open. This is the stage that I use Bond RX because the restructuring of the disulfide bond and cuticle repair results in a greater surface area for my toners to attach to.
