This guy is great, friendly, well-spoken and gets right to it. This is a dream truck for most guys who could not afford it, but, worth every penny if you have the means to invest in it.
I have a 2021 platinum I bought in January 2021 before the crooked pricing. I got a normal $10000 off of actual sticker. I am taking super good care of it. I use to trade every 2 to 3 years. Looks like those days are over. Never would I pay the ridiculous prices today. But I do love my truck. 1 year of problem free driving. Will be my lady at least for a very long time.
Can you explain why this recent price gouging is? Is it panic buying for some reason? How in the world, during this apparent “great resignation” are people paying these astronomical used and new prices for trucks?
@@mowjoe249 yes,after 3500 in rebates & 1k in accessories. Msrp is 63k . I recommend five star Ford in north Richland Hills Tx . They do msrp + all rebates you can qualify for .
I know if you put the F150 in sport mode it will switch to 4A, increase throttle response, tighten suspension and steering. It's a whole different experience.

I know this is a polarizing topic, but I think the rust is definitely a disappointment on such an expensive vehicle. Other manufacturers don’t seem to have an issue getting new vehicles out without immediate surface rust.
There saving money by not undercoating the vehicle.... I recommend oiling the undercarriage rather than using the rubberized coatings as it repels moisture rather than trapping it
Be nice if the digital dash could change gauges, like sport, comfort etc...the interior should be waaaaaaayyyyyy different from the xlt, should have had that Lincoln touch 4 the price u mentioned
Overall a beautiful vehicle. But at 75k+ those wheels are HORRIBLE. Looks like they were stamped out of an aluminum pie pan. There should be an option to at least SELECT OWL tires as well. Wheels and tires lack pizazz. Just sayin'.
They seemed lit up however they may have just been really reflective. If I made I mistake I apologize but to me, they really looked lit up when I was back there
@@NyQuil.Relief I think this guy is a bit confused. The Platinum logo definitely doesn't light up. It seems like something he should actually know. He also mentioned the zone lighting switches for the two side view mirrors were for folding those mirrors in, which is not what those switches are for!

@@corwinr just bought a 22 platinum paid 58k after $3500 in rebates. Plus $1,000 accessory allowance I chose the ford performance roush exhaust

For a truck in this price range, a set of rear fender wells should be a requirement not an aftermarket accessory.
