I bought your cookbook! Amazon delivered this afternoon. It's beautiful. Lovely photography. Claudia, you "saved" us during Covid when we didn't go out to eat for two years! You took my Mexican cooking to the next level. I bought a tortilla press, dried chilis online and other things curbside shopping. The family raves about my dinners but it's all thanks to you. You were there when we needed you, and thank you very much for all you do enhancing lives.
Same for me
Live and apprehou so much 😊❤ thank you for all your love and support
Budget friendly, under 30 minutes, & Looks absolutely 🔥? Now that’s my kind of delicious meal!! 😍 Queen Claudia delivers once again!! 💜

This is literally my favorite thing to eat for breakfast it makes me think of my abuelito who cooks this for me every time I visit. This and a cafecito with vanilla creamer. Best combo ❤

Your cookbook is amazing, and I love every recipe. Gracias.❤
I've been thinking all week how to cook nopales and now you post this???? I love you you're my hero when it comes to learning Mexican recipes ❤️❤️❤️
Your delicious meals are always mouth watering and its always a pleasure to watch you prepare it. The video editing is always top notch. I think you (or your editor) has mastered the essentials - always like the blending for example, its instant and we do not wait... having all your items prepared... another thing that keeps your viewers from having to spend a lot of time watching someone do the basics... you give us only what we need. You are also very beautiful too and this make the viewing experience even better. I will need to go shopping for nopales, I have never tried.
This is absolutely amazing and I will be doing this one again!
Looks so good. I am going to give it a try. My family is so happy I found your channel

Hi Claudia, I wanted to start by saying thank you so much for all the work you put into your videos. My mom never taught me how to cook and now whenever I make one of your recipes I always get compliments, so thank you for teaching me how to cook ❤ I also wanted to request if you could do a vide of cordon blue chicken with either mushroom sauce or chipotle sauce. I hope you see my comment and look forward to your upcoming videos 😊

Claudia mi amor te amo 🤩🥰♥️
I want to make this now for my wife
LOOKS VERY YUMMY CLAU PERO CON ESTA CALOR NOOO LOL😅❤😊
Claudia I loved your videos and subscribed because you always showed ingredients first. Your videos were never long, they were perfect. Why are they being rushed now😢 ?
People don’t have attention spans anymore and I’m sure many people were skipping those parts
What are you wearing??!! Good lord! Lol, you are absolutely beautiful and I LOVE your recipes! I'm planning to buy your cookbook as well! Yay me!
Hi Claudia - I enjoy your cooking shows, but thought I would mention that if you are using an ingredient that may be hard to source, like the cactus pads, that you might mention a substitute or two that would work in its place.
Thanks, and good luck!
Your best bet on that one is probably online, from either WalMart or Amazon. They come pre-cleaned and sliced in a jar. Even if you live in the southwest and can find them fresh at the grocery store, there's a good bit of work involved to get them to that point.
Hi! Is this recepie in the book??? I just bought it 🤭
Looks Delicious!!! 😂👍🏼 But I have a question..... I've always had to "Strain" my chili sauce after using the blender, to strain out the tiny pieces of 'chili skins' that are left.... I see you didnt do that (?) 🤔🤷♀️ Whats the secret? Thanks for your help!!! 😉❣️
Love it, but are the nopales cooked beforehand?
I've noticed that you've been using that heavy cast iron skillet in more of your videos. I have one just like it and prefer it since it holds the heat better than teflon pans.
❤
That looks really good...and easy too. And.....I still say you need to have your own clothing line, because you always look like a runway model, only 10 times better!
Girl what is you wearing lol romper 😮😮😍😍
Nopales are the shizzle, mija.
Please don’t do “salt to taste” I love your recipes because I can count on knowing the amount of each ingredient and don’t have to guess. People can adjust to their liking if it’s too much for them but it always comes out perfect when you list the quantity.
Mmmmmmmm!
Rico
Can I come for dinner 🤤🤤🤤…
How do you get the slime out of the nopales?
😋
😍😍😍😍😍😍
Blanda Harbors
What size is the cast iron pan you're using here?
Help! I stumbled upon this recipe, and it looks delicious but I’m intimidated by the peppers because I can’t and do not want to eat super spicy food. How hot is this dish? Can I substitute for milder dried peppers?
I am not familiar with napalitos or the chile pods (are they hot?) Where can you buy these in Vancouver BC? What cut of beef did you use, and what beans are in the dish. More information please. 🇨🇦
Are you using fresh nopales?
My queen ❤😊 Simply Stunning as usual 😍
Is it 2 chiles or 8?
Where do I get the "one serving of LOVE"? I can't find that at any SUPERMARKET I went to🤷♂️
Was it 2 or 8 New Mexico?
DID U BOIL THE NOPALES OR NOMAS ASI??
👑👑👑
Best part is watching you,, so beautiful ❤️
Please help I’m gonna be cooking this in about an hour. I bought everything I need but I have a question in the video. It sounds like you say 2 New Mexico chili pod and in the written description for the recipe, it says 8.
Can you please let me know if it’s two or eight thank you
She has the fastest blender on the planet
😋😋😋😋❤❤❤❤
Man, except for all the meat (I would use about 1/2 that and use chorizo) that looks good.
Best part...its low carb, aside from beans and rice.
Can I use chicken instead of beef?
Why couldn't you it's your food do whatever you want the only time recipes really matter is to make something exactly the same or in preparing food for long-term storage oh can't forget baking like cookies and cake
👍😋👍♥️
Lets get staryatyed :) yah
Claudia wear do you shop for clothes. You always are dressed so cute.
I’m dying to know if you got an allergic reaction to the ceviche last time? 😊
When you say "oregano"...are you using ordinary oregano or Mexican oregano?
🤎🤎🤎
Not all of us know how to prepare all of the ingredients like Napolitos.
You can purchase them without having to prepare them yourself. They come in a bottle labeled doña maria. The only difference is they’re in vinegar, you would need to rinse and strain them. They wouldn’t exactly be “fresh”, but they would work similarly. Personally I enjoy nopales, just not the process of preparing them.
There are tons of videos on UA-cam that show you how to
