I have a tip for you... There were two things you can avoid next time... One is put the sugar in milk and warm it a bit so that big cubes of sugar melt.. then you can make dough with that sweet milk. 2nd thing is don't cook on low flame all the time. Flame should be low only when you put them in oil but then raise the flame. Again when you put new batch of khastey put the flame off/ very low.
