how to use minoxidil with derma roller at home for hair loss and regrowth?
DERMA ROLLER
For home use of derma roller . you need two things.
perfect size derma roller and surgical spirit
clean your head with shampoo and make scalp dry
now select one small area and roll the derma roller on that area in four direction horizontal, vertical, right oblique, left oblique. Till the time you observe pin point bleeding.
As you all know minoxidil is also fda approved hair loss treatment , which is one of the best treatment in modern world so far. If minoxidil is combined with derma roller then hair loss control is easier in some cases . How to use minoxidil with derma roller. Here is the technique.
If you want to use minoxidil , then first roll the derma then spray minoxidil and again roll derma as shown in the video. means minoxidil is used between derma roller and it is effective .
Now how to clean derma roller ?
clean derma roller with running water first , then with surgical spirit , make it dry and keep it in safe place.

Thank you for the information. I have one question. After washing with shampoo for cleaning the scalp and using derma roller, how long do I have to wait for messaging my head with mustard oil (I use mustard oil to massage my hair ) and then wash it off with a shampoo?

this is question or just affirmation call, that if i say yes , u will start and if fail then i am to b blamed . wrong approach . start from basics . first find reason of hair loss .then work on it , then find which is best treatment . if that treatment is not working then start a upgraded treatment . hope i am able to make a point .

Thank you for giving this much information..But still I have two questions.
1. If we have lengthy hair 1.5 mm. But after that u told if ur using in home go for 1mm or .5 mm. It's a confusing.
2. How come I know that as u mentioned. What is the actual problem for me. Don't use it unnecessary without knowing.. This is the big question.
And about me I have heredity problem. Bcz my father has that problem and now it's come me.
purpose is penetration or making injury to scalp. but pain is limiting factor. suppose 1.5 is too painful then use 1 mm .agar alas alas diameter ke bal dilute hain , it means miniaturisation hai, isme kam karega .

Doctor can i use Hair4u CPX serum after dermarolling? Also, is there not even a slightest chance of regrowing hair after derma rolling? My routine is like: Massaging head with a brush once in day. Applying the same serum daily and once in two weeks i do dermarolling. My hair grew very thick. But i cant see much density. Probably it might take a year to regrow new hair.
you can use. regrowth of new hair is generally not possible by any treatment. it can manage existing hair.

Sir i have been using dermaroller 0.5 from long time along with minoxidil ,which my dermatologist suggested me and on the right corner i have seen good result and on the left side there is less result compare to right corner and my dr also given me some medicine which i have to consume 2 times a day. Until when i will get full results and minimum 30 stands fall per day, what should i do for better results? And my another question is can i have hair spa ? My hairs are very hard and rough however it is in our jeans?
