I have listened to this band for years. Their songs are cathartic yet powerful as well as anthemic and beautiful. Especially Jared. Music is my comfort, my sanity, my addiction and everything in between. 🙏💜🔮✌️

I think Rescue Me is the best song on this album its deep and emotional and touches me the most. I have depression & anxiety most my life. You know how people ask you are you living or are you exciting. Most the time I feel like I'm just exciting. I'm trying hard to live....
@@queenmidnight8994 I learned to live with anxiety and to have a bit of control of it and often I have panic attacks which I can control enough now. Don't worry, most of the people have these problems nowadays. You know what is the secret to change and feel better? Just live the present think less that you can about yourself, don't judge yourself in negative way. Anxiety is also a part of the many emotions we have and is normal to have that too. To relax take a deep slow breath like you are smelling a flower, it's a different kind of breath, then keep the air inside your body for some seconds then let it go, and do it again and again till you relax. You can also think that your problems are a pen that you have in hand and when is fulfilled of your anxiety and problems imagine to throw it away with all your power. The first time you try to do those things will be difficult, the second time less difficult, the third time will be better, then it will become a simple routine, because brain is a muscle and Can Be trained!! 💪😉
