The employees of this factory should be working with safety equipment, helmet, glove, mask etc and such . It seems to be a very primitive factory, in Brazil we have highly sophisticated factories working with robots and very sophisticated machinery.

I hoped India was modern enough to enforce safety standards in their factories, but apparently not. There will always be small factories and large, but they should all have to follow health and safety standards. This man has no shoes on, no eye protection, no respiratory protection, no gloves, no protective clothing. He is a walking accident, or cancer case just waiting to happen.
They don't use gloves, face mask, boots,ect in case of something happens what will they do. Companies want to earn only money. In srilaka we are happy about these srilakan companies.
It is mandatory to provide safety kits to workers in India. However, the workers ignore and refuse to wear them for comfort. over safety. It is very difficult and at times next to impossible to make them comply. Ground realities are very different.

De acuerdo, hicieron una gran inversión en maquinaria. Parte del proceso está más o menos bien, pero con un pequeño extra se puede automatizar completamente, principalmente en la alimentación de la resina, la impresión de marcas y el emboquillado del extremo. Tampoco han pensado en la seguridad y salud de los empleados, mínimo con el uso de mascarillas, guantes y zapatos adecuados... En sentido general, buen video, bien para iniciar proyecto, proceso sencillo, algo lento y rudimentario.

Indian here. Safety law exists in India. Employers were required to ensure workers safety. Medical treatment was also provisioned. But weak laws, slow judiciary, corruption were favouring employers. Abundance of labours ineffectivised their safety demands. Demand for fair and just remuneration was yet unattended. So safety demands were not a priority. Huge proportion of indian industry was uncorporate. Stern legal action causes industrial shut down causing unemployment. This is a scenario.

I too have same concerns, why this person is not being provided with safety gear? People should stop buying from this company until they abide by the safety norms. Also the question is "do we have any safety standards" for this kind of activities? Authorities must look urgently into such matters and try to implement atleast minimum safety standards. Person in-charge of these areas must be questioned about their input.

O processo em si é interessante porém, a questão segurança não foi avaliada. Medidas simples como uso de luvas, óculos, máscara, proteção de correias e bancadas para uma melhor postura de trabalho.
