Thinking the same. As far as I have read/researched natural wild Betta Fish are dull in colour and short finned. The colourful, long finned varieties are man made through years of selective breeding. Let's face it colourful fish are easily spotted by predators and picked off especially in shallow waters. It's another reason why fancy goldfish would not survive in the wild due to their body shapes and slow swimming style due to selective breeding again.

I love fishes but every time when we brought fishes as our pets they always die I don't know what is the wrong then we kept oxygen pipe too but again ... They died and finally we thought to not to bring fishes and we brought a cute puppy and now our puppy became dog and the dog name is cirus.
