Did you add backspacers for the tires to fit?

No backspacers are needed. They do come with the plastic hub centric rings, though. Have these on my 2018 Wrangler.

What is used (if anything) to fit the rear view camera?

You just have to remove the cap over the camera. Other than that, it works fine. You just see the lower part of the rim in the vision of the camera when on. I have those wheels on my Jeep.
