This is the best chicken drumstick recipe!!! Learned this trick in a restaurant!
Today I prepared a very tasty recipe that you haven't tried yet. A simple recipe that everyone will love. Especially children love tender chicken drumsticks. They are very tasty and juicy. Try it and you will want to do it every week!
5-6 chicken drumsticks.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons butter.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Fry on medium heat for 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
1 onion.
2-3 cloves garlic.
Fry on low heat until the onion becomes translucent.
4 tablespoons soy.
1 tablespoon honey.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1/2 teaspoon curry.
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder.
250 ml non-alcoholic beer
Cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
Turn halfway through cooking.
