DRONE FLIES INTO CLOUDS, AT SNAKE PASS.

FLYING MY DJI MAVIC PRO STRAIGHT INTO THE CLOUDS ON THE PENNINES BETWEEN THE PEAK DISTRICT AND YORKSHIRE DALES.THIS SPOT WAS THE SNAKE PASS.

Did you have your obstacle avoidance switched off?

No , I always have obstacle avoidance left on , just in case . I’m sure if I was getting to close to any item the Sensors would have started to respond. But I know if you fly into the bright light of the sun it confuses the obstacle avoidance . I suppose that’s why I returned my mavic pro back to base .
