He's always been a terrific director, but for some reason people didn't connect with his operatic crazy entertaining earlier stuff like Frankenstein and Dead Again, so good to see he's now doing well commercial too.
I absolutely love his Frankenstein film. It’s sadly underrated. I never understood why it didn’t connect with audiences. Beautiful photography and music and stellar performances by him, De Niro and Helena Bonham Carter.
I love how engaged and respectful everyone is of everyone else - not just Kermode and Mayo of their guest, but Branagh is of the hosts. Look at how still, focused and attentive he is when the questions are being put to him.

Much Ado About Nothing and Henry V are his best acting movies. Really OTT but brilliant
