- I'm proud to present you the new world record for the biggest domino pyramid ever made. This pyramid contains a total of 20,336 dominoes and has a base of 31x31. I had two failures while making this, but I didn't give up. The first attempt had around 3,600 dominoes and the second attempt was approximately 10,000 dominoes.

I'm seriously super impressed right now. I never would have guessed that the record could be beaten with Domino Rally. I would have given up after the second fail for sure, so I commend your effort to stick with it, the result is amazing. Also I love how the structure is so big that there are still several layers that remained intact under all the rubble collapsing on top of them. I don't think I've ever seen that happen before.

All those falling dominoes made it collapse from the other side too, so looks like they squeezed the dominoes together instead of knocking them down and formed a weird 'wall' in the middle. That was pretty interesting indeed.

This record has stood unbeaten. No one else has ever made a 31x31, at least not that we know of. Your accomplishment is like the first sub-2 hour marathon ever ran. Everyone thought it was impossible, then one person came along and it opens up a new world of possibilities.
So sad thet Express dominoes do not count for the official Guiness. This is what all domino builders in the world were waiting for: Someone who finishes the 31x31. Amazing job!

Awesome job Taik. One sad thing is that it can't count as world record book cause the record needs the dominoes like Bulk or Lamping and you use Domino Rally/Express dominoes. but all that aside. this is by far the best and most certainly the most hard work ever put in this structure ever. keep it up and dont give up :)

There is no "Standard" size or weight. Expresses are dominoes like bulks or lampings
If you apply for a guinness world record, then yes there is a standard size and weight.
This is just a world record. Not guinnes world record
