i just moved to nyc from canada last year and i also cried so much from homesickness, but it's just a 1 hr flight away and i'm so excited for your new nyc chapter!

Kinda disappointed there's no roaches tho. A New York apartment isn't complete if theres no roaches 😂😢
At one apartment we lived at in Manhattan when i was a baby our floor had a shared bathroom. It was like 5 apartments and 1 bathroom. It was full of roaches all on the floor around the toilet, on the walls and ceiling too. One day while my dad was bathing me a roach fell on my head then I freaked out and started crying. It fell into the hot water and di ed then my dad scooped it out and flushed it. He had a good laugh 😂
Would be cool if you use the other bedroom as a giant walk in closet
Good luck living in New York. Be careful riding the subway or just avoid it completely, a woman was burned alive there not too long ago 😰

I know this might be a really expensive option but when I moved (my dog also has a load of anxiety) he went in the cargo area under the plane? This is only a suggestion tho and you know your dog best (again this is only a suggestion :)) anyways congatssss!
