Thanks, I needed to see this. I also was going through my Bible Folder and came across this saying, "PRIDE is an unwillingness to wait for GOD to act in His own time and in His own way." And that makes sense, it is pride that causes us to "step on God's feet".

I have been struggling with a situation and I have been praying and fasting for almost 6 months with what I can see in the natural there have been changes but not what I had quite hoped for. I was even getting up in the middle of the night to pray. When last week and yesterday I said - Lord I surrender. I give this to you. Enough of my own will my own way my own desire for this to come to pass and be restored, I give it to you. Your will and not mine. I literally said I surrender last night and now this popped up.. thank you for confirming
My uncle is a believer in Christ like yourself and he knows through Jesus speaking to him that you have a message for someone but you do not know who and you have been waiting to find out who the person is and the person is me

This message spoke so much to my heart. I admit, I struggle so much with letting go and letting God. I have anxiety that goes along with all of it. For the last few days I have asked for guidance or direction. So many things you have said literally smacked me in the face. I find it's easy to have faith for others, but not so much when it's for me I suppose. I would like to ask you ma'am, if you would please pray for me. I thank you for taking the time for this message, and thank God that he used you as a vessel to deliver it.
Father God, I pray for the person that wrote this message, may they experience your divine support and guidance going forward. Father I pray that they have the opportunity to experience your presence in a new way. That you will ease any worry or anxiety that they struggle with and replace it with your perfect peace. My problem is that I don't know what surrender looks like. I'll say in prayer that I leave my burdens at the feet of the Lord but then my stress and fears still come back. How do you do it and make it stick?

Absolutely. We often leave no space for God and then wonder why he doesn't step in.
