i think you're right about him giving us some idea about some of the castratri. they all had different textures and ranges ; sopranos/mezzo-sopranos/contraltos.
bruno de sa definitely would represent the higher voices.

@gustavochams8710 :: In all fairness ... he isn't a counter-tenor. I'm not being critical, but these people in the opera business have classified males with very high, female-sounding voices, as male-sopranos. It is a strong indication that the person you are about to hear ( never having heard that singer before ) is going to have a female soprano-sounding voice. Bruno is the most extreme I've ever heard.

L' esecuzione fatta da un contratenore mi ha sorpreso inizialmente, ma devo ammettere che poi sono stato impressionato positivamente dalle sue capacità artistico-musicali. Bravooooo

I believe Romeo would lie too low for his voice. In addition, he's just singing the aria out of context, so who care. We need to get over gender roles and such. He's non binary and beautiful 😊

What’s wrong with the man? Why is he dressed up like that? A revolting sight, particularly the eyelashes. He has his voice and his musicianship to compel people’s attention. Why subject them to this as well? It achieves nothing.
well don't watch the video and just listen to his talent, it's a shame to want to decide how others should present themselves. If he wants to dress that way, nothing and no one will stop him, and your commentary is of no use to anyone...
