If there are three loop lines turning to the left then there are three series of four indicator lights. First series tilted at 45 degrees to indicate for entering the first loop line. then a second series four lights tilted at 90 degrees to enter the second loop line on left and third indicator of four white lights tilted down at 135 degrees to indicate train entering third loop line on the left.

It's a symbol of indicating the loco pilot for upcoming signal during fog
